Our shipping policy outlines how we process and ship your orders, delivery times, and fees. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms specified in this policy.
1. Order Processing Time
Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email detailing the items purchased, the total cost, and the estimated delivery date.
Processing Time: Once your payment is successfully authorized, your order will be processed. Orders are typically processed 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During busy times (such as holidays), processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you of any delays.
Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 3:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) may not be processed until the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will also be processed the following business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer a variety of shipping methods to ensure that you receive your products in a timely manner:
Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option typically delivers within 5-7 business days from the date of shipment. The exact delivery time depends on the destination.
Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping options that deliver within 2-3 business days from the date of shipment.
Overnight Shipping: For urgent deliveries, we offer overnight shipping at an additional cost, with delivery the next business day after shipment.
International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international shipping times may vary, and customs processing may delay the shipment beyond our control. All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Rates: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. You will be able to review the shipping costs before finalizing your purchase at checkout. For certain promotions or orders above a specified amount, we may offer free shipping.
3. Shipping Locations
We ship to addresses within the United States and select international locations. For international orders, please contact us at info@radisopic.com to confirm if we can ship to your country.
Domestic Shipping: We ship to all 50 states in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
International Shipping: International shipping is available to select countries. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact our customer support team.
4. Shipping Restrictions
P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical address for shipping.
Military Addresses: We do not currently ship to APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a valid civilian address for your order.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order directly from your Radisopic Premium Foods account by logging in and checking your order history.

While we make every effort to ensure that your order arrives within the expected time frame, please note that shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as:

8. Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided, and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.
